Executive Assistant

Allie joined the Chen Dental team in 2021 and has been in customer service since 2016. Born and raised in the Central Valley of California, Allie moved to Florida in 2018 to study at the Great Commission Bible Institute, from where she graduated in 2019. When in California she loves spending time with family, especially her two little nephews. Here in Florida she loves watching movies, playing games with friends, as well as regularly visiting Disney since she is a pass holder!

Finance Coordinator

Angelina joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has been with patient care experience since 2017. She is a proud alumna of Sebring High School, graduating in 2019. Angelina married her high school sweetheart and together they are the proud parents of two lovely daughters. Nature is Angelina’s sanctuary and she finds happiness in spending time outdoors with her family. Whether it’s a day at the park, or just a simple picnic in the sunshine, her family adventures are a source of lasting memories and endless smiles!

Dental Hygienist

Anna joined the Chen Dental team in 2022. She was born and raised in Tifton, Georgia and recently moved to Highlands County to be closer to family. She graduated with her associates in Dental Hygiene from Darton State College in Albany, GA in 2015.  She has been married to her husband Matt since 2015 and they have 2 adorable kids.  In their free time they enjoy fishing, boating, visiting theme parks and aquariums. They are huge Atlanta Braves and Florida State Seminoles fans. Anna also enjoys being apart of her church's worship team.

Dental Hygienist

Areli joined the Chen Dental team in 2019 and graduated from the South Florida State College Dental Hygiene program. She became a dental hygienist because  she wanted to “create lifelong relationships” with patients and educate them about the importance of preventative oral health. In her free time she is very involved in her church youth group and she enjoys time with family. She also loves beach days, traveling, and trying new foods!

Dental Assistant

Brittany joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has been in customer service sine 2012.  She graduated from Manatee Technical Institute's Dental Assisting Program in 2009. Brittany is a true outdoors enthusiast, finding her passion in the adrenaline-fueled world of barrel racing, and enjoys hunting, fishing and air-boating. She has been married to her husband since 2005. She is a dedicated loving wife and mother. She loves spending time with her family and creating memories with them!

Clinical Director

Connie joined the Chen Dental team in 2013. She graduated from Valencia College for radiology and from the University of Florida Dental Assisting program with expanded functions. She wears many hats in our office as our lab and hygiene team leader! She has been in the dental field since 1998. Connie and her husband have been married since that same year and together they have a beautiful daughter. In her free time, Connie enjoys camping with family and friends, being on the lake with her family, golfing and reading.

Patient Experience Coordinator

Dale joined the Chen Dental team in  2023 and has been in patient care since 2020. With Dale being new to the area, Chen Dental is his first job as a Florida resident. Dale is a newcomer to the Sebring area, bringing with him a fierce spirit of competitiveness in everything he undertakes! Dale's competitive spirit comes in hand when he participates in 5Ks, which has recently become his new passion!

Patient Experience Coordinator

Flor joined the Chen Dental team in 2023. She graduated from Plant City High School in 2022. Her dream is to become a Realtor some day. She loves dressing up,  burgers and shrimp.  She enjoys going to the beach and amusement parks with her friends and family. 

Graphic Designer

Geri joined the Chen Dental team in 2005. She graduated from Southern Adventist University with a degree in art and has over 25 years of experience as a graphic designer.  She is happily married for Dr. William Chen since 2000. Together, they have 3 sons. Geri enjoys spending time with her family at the beach or on the lake.

Dental Hygienist

Gina joined the Chen Dental team in 2018 and has over 12 years of dental experience. She was born in Columbia and moved to Florida 17 years ago. Gina received her degree in Dental Assisting at Robert Morgan Educational Center in Miami and continued on with her dental hygiene degree at Sanford-Brown Institute in Ft. Lauderdale. Gina has a very close knit family and church family. She moved to Lake Placid after living in Ft. Lauderdale to spend more time with her church and personal family. In her free time, Gina enjoys faith based books and movies, and serving Jesus.

Administrative Director

JoJo, a Pennsylvania native,  joined the Chen Dental team in 2016. She is a graduate of the Great Commission Bible Institute and started her journey in  executive work in 2006. She started her executive assistant career at a local church and continued to grow her skills at Chen Dental. JoJo enjoys spending time with her husband, their two little girls, friends and family.

Dental Assistant

Josefina, aka Josie, joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and attended the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches. In 2017 she started patient care experience. Josie has been happily married to her husband since 2019 and is a mom to a beautiful baby girl. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Chief Operating Officer

Kendall joined the Chen Dental team in 2014. She has 15 years of customer service experience , 10 of those years being management experience.  As a fourth generation Highlands County native, Kendall desires to make Chen Dental better for its patients and also increase the community impact in her hometown. She loves developing our team and helping them be the best they can be. She is also the Upcoming Chair on the Executive Committee at the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce. In addition to her passion for her career, Kendall loves spending time with her husband and two daughters by going boating and fishing.

Patient Experience Coordinator

Keyla joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and is a proud graduate of Hardee Senior High School. Music plays a huge role in Keyla’s life and she shares her love for music with her family. Family gatherings often involve everyone  joining in song with instruments in hand . In the symphony of Keyla’s world, Jesus holds the conductor’s baton. Faith is the guiding force that brings her family together, and it’s through music that they celebrate their beliefs and bond with one another.

Dental Assistant

Kristie joined the Chen Dental team in 2020 and has gained customer service experience since 2012. She graduated from South Florida State College with her Bachelor’s Degree in Supervision and Management, and went on to get her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Degree from Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches. Kristie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her daughter. As a family they enjoy going on trail walks in Highlands Hammock State Park, spending quality time at their cabin in Ocala National Forest, and enjoying being passholders to Disney World.

Lulu joined the Chen Dental team in 2017 and she is a graduate of the South Florida State College Dental Hygiene school. She has 6 years of experience in dental hygiene and 2 years in dental assisting. Lulu enjoys educating her patients on the importance of oral health and making a difference in their lives. She and her husband have been happily married for over 5 years. Together they have a precious little 2 year old daughter. In her free time, Lulu enjoys working out and time with friends and family.

Lupe joined the Chen Dental team in 2023. She graduated from Lake Placid High School. Her dream career is to become a Dental Hygienist one day.  Lupe loves to spend quality time with her family.

Dental Lab Technician

Marky joined the Chen Dental team in 2019 and has 4 years of lab experience. Fun fact, he is Dr. William Chen’s oldest son! He graduated from Forest Lake Academy in 2022. He loves cars, 3D printing, attending car shows, and he’s great at working with computers!

Senior Dental Hygienist

Maria joined the Chen Dental team in 2016 and attended Florida Gulf Coast University, Rollins College and completed her dental hygiene degree at South Florida State College in 2010. Maria  enjoys serving her patients with the best of her abilities. Maria was born in North Carolina, but grew up in Lake Placid. She and her husband have been happily married since 2011 and they enjoy time together with their son and daughter.

Maria joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has gained patient care experience since 2018. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Academy of The Palm Beaches in 2022. Outside of her professional life, Maria is a loving wife  and has been married since 2010. She is a proud mother of three children, two girls and a boy. Her family shares a love for adventure and enjoys frequent visits to Aquatica and Busch Garden for some quality time together. Maria loves Mexican food, however, her kids often sway the family’s dining decisions towards hibachi!

Melissa joined the Chen Dental team in 2010 and has over 35 years of experience in the dental field. In her time off, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel, explore National Parks and ride their side by side. Melissa has been married to her husband since 1987 and she is a proud mother of two grown children, a daughter who is married and a graphic designer in Tennessee, and a son who is currently working at Advent Health in Sebring.

Dental Assistant

Mikayla joined the Chen Dental team in 2022 and has 6 years of customer service experience. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with her AA and also graduated from Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches. Mikayla enjoys spending time with her large family by having cookouts each weekend. In her free time she loves listening to country music and watching her boyfriend at his rodeos on the weekends. She has a pet corgi, who has one blue and one brown eye. She is also an avid fan of the Florida State Seminoles.

Monica joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has been in customer service since 1997. She starting working in the dental field in 2013. She graduated from York Technical Institute in Lancaster, PA in 2013. In her free time, she is a homebody and loves spending as much time as possible with her family. She loves to sing and enjoys all kinds of music. Interesting fact about Monica is that cleaning calms her!

Nicole joined the Chen Dental team in 2018 and has been in customer service since 2013 and has been a dental assistant since 2018. Nicole received her degree in dental assisting at Dental Assistant Academy of the Palm Beaches. She has three precious little boys. In her free time, she enjoys outside activities like camping, fishing, and riding her side by side.

Nicole joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has gained customer service experience since 2021. Nicole finds joy in the thrilling adventures of theme parks, where she immerses herself in the excitement and joy of each visit. When she’s not exploring amusement parks, she indulges in her love for music, particularly the delight of collecting vinyl records. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Dice. Her dreams stretch beyond the horizon, as Nicole wants to travel the world, experiencing new cultures and breathtaking environments

Nicole joined the Chen Dental team in 2024.  She has been in Customer Service since 2018.  She graduated from Sebring High School in 2016, and graduated from the Word of Life Bible Institute in 2018. She studied at Clarks Summit University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2023.  She married her husband in 2020 and they have a corgi named Louie. Nicole enjoys reading, journaling, exercising and spending time with her family and friends. 

Dental Hygienist

Oriana joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has been in the dental field since 2010.  She moved to Florida in 2017 from her home country, Venezuela. She graduated from the University of Carabobo in 2010 and obtained her dental hygienist license  in 2023.  Outside the dental world, Oriana is happily married and has one daughter. She enjoys exploring new places with her family by her side, going to the beach and creating choreographed dances with her daughter. Oriana’s unwavering belief in God adds depth and purpose to her life, shaping her values and guiding her path in both personal and professional endeavors.

Sarah joined the Chen Dental team in 2023 and has been in customer service since 2017. She spent one year at Great Commission Bible Institute and is attending Liberty University to get a B.S. in Biblical Counseling. Sarah comes from a big family, making her the youngest of 7. She enjoys playing pickle-ball and would consider herself to be a pro at this point. In her free time, she leads worship at her church and is  an active youth leader.

Shannon joined the Chen Dental team in 2016 as a patient care coordinator and moved into the finance department in 2019. She has served in customer service since 2007. Shannon has studied communications at Oakwood University and Tennessee State. She also received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Analytics and Project Management. She also loves time with her family, enjoys true crime podcasts and documentaries, and loves visiting new places and trying new restaurants.

Yammi joined the Chen Dental team in 2021. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches with her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting degree and has been in customer service since 2019. Yammi is the oldest granddaughter on both sides, and she enjoys spending her Sundays cooking out with her family. Yammi  enjoys going to see action movies with her boyfriend  and going to the zoo with her son.
