9.24.18 - fall season is here!

The first day of fall was this past weekend! What did you do to bring in the new season? It may not look like fall for Forida residents, but there are still ways to capture the essence. From decorating your home with everything pumpkin, to Barktoberfest, to participating in the annual Turkey Trot 5K, there is a lot happening! Here is a list from yelp.com of the top 10 fun activities to do in Sebring. Or check out visitsebring.com

The changing of the season is also the perfect reminder for taking care of your  oral health too. Take an inventory of your oral hygiene products to see if it is time for a refill. This would include dental floss, mouthwash, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. The American Dental Association recommends replacing your toothbrush approximately every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed with use. Last but not least, it may be time to schedule your 6-month hygiene cleaning. Call our office to make an appointment today!

9.10.18 - It's easy to have a great smile

Good oral hygiene is something we all want and need. It’s easy to start a good health habit and then for one reason or another your “good habit” streak comes to an end. Your fresh start can begin with these simple words: “I commit to brush twice a day, floss every night, and schedule my routine hygiene visit every 6 months.” We recommend these four simple steps to help you remember the proper way to brush and floss. Also, download this great printable tracking tool to help your family stay committed to having healthy smiles.
