I have never been to a more pleasant courteous and professional health care establishment in all my years. The office, in my opinion, is built like a dental health resort, more than a cold, calculated physicians office. Every employee appears truly to enjoy being there.

I was quite simply stunned by the professionalism and polished customer service I received here!  As an older Yelper I have been to quite a few medical professionals over the years and nothing even comes close to this experience!
ATMOSPHERE- The waiting room is crazy beautiful and the coffee & snacks available are way above average.  But don't worry; you won't be waiting long as these folks have their act together.
PAPERWORK- You know the deal. At its worst it can be a nightmare.  This is an example of the best.  There was a bump in the road regarding my insurance that was my fault and they handled it so beautifully I was blown away.
TECHNOLOGY- State-of-the art X 10!  Every piece of equipment that can make your experience less painful and more efficient is here.  You might think the President is in the building because most of the staff has that telltale wire coming from their earpiece.  They use them to great advantage.
CUSTOMER SERVICE- These folks have been trained and they know how important customer service is and it shows.  Every person that touched me made me feel comfortable and important.
CONCLUSION- To me, they are the poster child for how a medical profession should be run!

Fabulous Practice!

I am 65 years old and I have had a lot of dental work. When you walk in to Chen Dental, you step into a professional office from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to the doctor and to the check out staff. You are treated with dignity and respect the entire time you are there and the doctor listens to your wishes and brings them into the decision making. The entire office is updated and very clean. They have state of the art equipment that I didn't even know existed. They did my entire crown work from start to seating the finished crown in 2 hours. I was trying to think of something I thought they might improve upon, but I can't think of a thing. If you are looking for a dental home, look no further than Chen Dental.
