What to Expect at your first visit

For our new patients, we ask that you arrive to your first visit 30 minutes early to accommodate time for new patient paperwork. When you come into our office, you will be greeted with a smiling face and encouraged to make yourself comfortable in the living room. Our living room is designed with our patients’ comfort in mind, complete with a massage chair, essential oil diffuser and a kitchenette full of snacks and refreshments.

At your reserved time, one of our friendly patient care coordinators will give you a short tour of our office. They will walk you back to your dental suite and there you will be introduced to your dental assistant who will take time to get to know you and your values before discussing any dental concerns.

Once your dental assistant has gotten to know you, completed the medical history, and taken the necessary radiographs, she will introduce you to your doctor who will examine you and provide a detailed treatment plan to help you meet your oral health goals.  Feel free to ask your doctor questions to better understand the treatment plan! We are here to serve you.

Once your reservation is complete, you will check-out with one of our patient care coordinators at the front.

We can’t wait to serve you!
